Hello everyone!

Regionals was a huge success! Thanks to everyone who came out and congrats on such great swims! With that being said, now that we are approaching finals, academics are hitting their "semester end rigour" earlier than expected. With that in mind, we will not be having club sanctioned practices for the rest of the semester. We will pick up full speed when we return from Christmas break. We are still looking at having a holiday party at some point, so stay tuned for information on that. In the meantime, if you wish to practice individually to maintain your swimming abilities, I have attached a set and workout book with several workouts to try. Otherwise, we want y'all to focus on your exams and finish the semester strong! Have a great thanksgiving break, and good luck on your exams!
