Jax State Club Swimming, the University's swimming program and one of the JSU Sport Clubs, is set to host JSU's first ever swim meet! This is a big step for both the swim club and the university, and it represents a historic milestone for swimming on campus!

The swim club, which launched for the first time in January of last year, will host this historic event at the Anniston Aquatic and Fitness Center (130 Summerall Gate Rd, Anniston, AL 36205) at 9:00 AM on February 24th and invites all JSU students, family and friends to celebrate this incredible milestone!

"This is really big for us as a club," states Perry Luzier, who founded the club last year and currently serves as its President. "This swim competition could bring in teams from around the southeast and do great things for this program, and the University as a whole. I am confident that this will be a positive experience for everyone involved."

To get involved in the swim club, they invite anyone who is interested to join them at their practices at 7:00 PM at the Rec Center on Tuesday and Thursday.
